Entering dance through the eyes of a performer, I have always had a keen sensitivity to the delicate, powerful and poignant relationship that exists between dancer and viewer.  It has been my interest in this dynamic relationship that has driven both my solo and group choreography. 

Some say that talking about dance is difficult at best, and at worst, an injustice to the art form.  In fact, many of my works find their strength in a passionate relationship between language, voice and movement.  However, the body is my medium, my first language, and what resonates most deeply in the experience of my work.
